A.I.M Racing welcomes you to Polygon-4, where deadly vehicles from the near future compete, racing against one another across its dusty atmosphere at tremendous speed. Polygon-4 was once home for military experiments conducted by humans and Arlings but has long since left its test complex behind; nevertheless intelligent machines known as AIMs continue to fulfill objectives programmed into them such as further evolution and self-perfection; Reckoners clan AIMs created tracks so they could test multipurpose combat machines in action.
